wHAT IS NEEDLES AND NOISE?

Needles & Noise is a one-day charity festival that brings together tattooing, piercing, live music, local artists, vendors, and the community to raise awareness and support for mental health. A portion of proceeds from the event benefits HeartSupport, helping people who are struggling know they are not alone.

Date: Saturday, July 25, 2026
Location: The Webster
Hartford, Connecticut
Doors open at 12:00 PM.
Who benefits from this event?
Needles & Noise proudly supports HeartSupport, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing hope, encouragement, and mental health resources to people around the world.
Is this an all-ages event?
Yes! Everyone is welcome. Please note that tattooing, piercing, and certain areas of the event have age restrictions as required by Connecticut law.
Tickets
Do I need to buy tickets in advance?
We highly recommend purchasing your tickets ahead of time. Advance tickets help guarantee entry and may save you time at the door.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
If tickets are still available, yes. However, capacity is limited and we cannot guarantee door admission if the event sells out.
Are tickets refundable?
Unless the event is canceled, tickets are non-refundable.
Tattoos & Piercings
Can I get tattooed at the event?
Yes! Several professional tattoo artists will be tattooing throughout the day.
Tattoos will be available on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise announced.
Can I choose any tattoo?
Artists will be offering pre-approved flash designs specifically created for the event. Custom work will generally not be available.
Will there be piercings?
Yes! Professional piercers will be performing select piercings during the event.
Do I need an ID?
Yes.
A valid government-issued photo ID is required for all tattoo and piercing services.
Can minors get tattooed or pierced?
Tattooing minors is not permitted.
Piercing availability for minors will follow all Connecticut laws regarding age requirements, guardian presence, and required identification.
Bands & Entertainment
Will there be live music all day?
Yes! Bands will perform throughout the event. Check our Band Lineup page for the full schedule.
Can I meet the bands?
Some bands may have merchandise tables or scheduled meet-and-greets. Please follow our social media for announcements.
Vendors & Art
What kinds of vendors will be there?
You'll find local artists, handmade goods, apparel, collectibles, food vendors, nonprofit organizations, and much more.
What is Art Addicts?
Art Addicts is our community art initiative where artists donate original artwork to help raise money for HeartSupport. Pieces may be displayed, auctioned, or sold during the event, with proceeds supporting the cause.

Food & Drinks
Will food be available?
Yes! Food and beverages will be available for purchase from local vendors throughout the day.
Can I bring outside food or drinks?
Outside food and beverages may be restricted by the venue. Please check venue policies before arriving.
Parking
Is parking available?
Yes. Parking is available near the venue. We recommend arriving early, as parking may fill up throughout the day.
Merchandise
Will Needles & Noise merchandise be available?
Absolutely! Limited-edition event merchandise, including shirts and other items, will be available while supplies last.
